Blackstone Blocks is a modular terrain system carefully designed to be as dynamic as the worlds you craft. With strong magnetic connections on every side, Blackstone blocks are quick and easy to construct memorable and immersive encounters.
Built on a 1″ system, these blocks can help players visualize and take advantage of their full “3D” environment. Allowing combat and encounters to go more vertical as players balance the risk of fall distances, advantages to having the high ground, sightlines, and many more fun flavor adds to your TTRPG encounters.

Highly polished 3D prints that have multiple colors directly printed into them allowing for more immersive battle maps without the need to paint them. All patterns are hand-drawn and modeled.

why do you need a kickstarter?
what will you be funding?
A Kickstarter campaign is helpful for making possible ideas that would normally require significant investment upfront. As a small business, this is really helpful for us trying to launch this new line of terrain. Not only are we able to connect with more individuals who are as obsessed with magnets as we are, we know a project like this is only possible when brought to a larger scale.
This campaign will be helping us fund a level-up in tools for our shop for faster bulk product fulfillment and the bulk order of filament and materials necessary to make this possible. Stay tuned for more information on our Kickstarter page when it is launched.
do you have plans to expand?
We have been dreaming, ideating and developing this project for the last 2 years so we have plenty of ideas to move this system forward! From new biomes explored to expanding into new block shapes, we have great visions of what the future of Blackstone Blocks will be. Every adventure has to start somewhere, and our first monster to slay is bringing the basic blocks and fundamental core of this terrain system to life.
